We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition we sent it out.

Non-Faulty Items: If the item is unopened and unused, you’ll receive a full refund.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Damage: If the returned item is damaged, opened, or missing parts or packaging, your refund may be reduced. A minimum 10% deduction will apply for items that have been used, opened, or are missing any accessories, manuals, or software. This includes sealed boxes and accessories.

Consumables: We are unable to accept returns of consumables such as batteries, memory cards, filters, paper, or film once they have been opened.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on opened or used film and disposable cameras for hygiene and safety reasons.
